Residential utilities within the Town of Paradise Valley are supplied by a number of private and public entities.  Below is the current contact information for each of the utility providers along with links to service area maps.

Water Providers


There are three water providers within the Town of Paradise Valley, including Berneil Water Company, City of Phoenix Water Service and EPCOR Water Company. Where you live within the Town would determine your water provider. Please refer to this map to view water provider boundaries.

Sewer Providers

There are two sewer providers within the Town of Paradise Valley, including the City of Phoenix Water Services and the Town of Paradise Valley (operated and maintained by the City of Scottsdale).  Where you live within the Town would determine your sewer provider. Please follow this link to view a map of the sewer provider boundaries. In addition, many properties within the Town are connected to a septic system and not to the sewer system.

Sewer / Wastewater Management


The Town of Paradise Valley (Town) has two wastewater service providers. Portions of the southwest and northwest are served by the City of Phoenix which owns, operates and maintains the wastewater facilities in these areas.   The remaining areas are served by the Town which owns the system, but is operated and maintained by the City of Scottsdale through an intergovernmental agrement. A Wastewater Master Plan has been developed for the Town’s service area.  An Executive Summary may be downloaded as well as the entire plan.

Wastewater treatment and disposal services for the Town’s wastewater service area are provided through an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of Scottsdale (Scottsdale). The Town’s wastewater is either pumped to Scottsdale’s Water Campus or flows by gravity through Scottsdale’s system to the Sub-Regional Operating Group (SROG) interceptor system, which conveys flows to the 91st Avenue Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).

Solid Waste / Trash / Recycling Providers



The Town does not provide solid waste and recycling collection, rather it is provided by privately owned companies. Collection containers may be placed at the curb the night before collection day, and must be removed from the street and stored in a screened area by the end of the collection day.

Bee Control / Snake Removal
The Town of Paradise Valley does not provide bee control or snake removal, rather it is provided by privately owned companies.  It is up to each individual resident to contact a bee keeper or herpetologist for removal or control.
